With this service, we will provide hands-on styling of existing furniture and accessories, improve the traffic flow of your home, and expand the appearance of space. We will declutter and depersonalize to give new potential buyers a way to visualize their new life in the home. We also offer accessories at an additional cost to increase your chances of selling your home. Accessory estimates vary by styling project. Let us help you make it easier. We can get your home ready to stand out in 5 days or less. 

HOUSE FOR SALE STYLING SERVICE INCLUDES

  • A complimentary phone consultation in which we get to know each other, your project and set up the next in-house meeting.

  • A consultation at your home to review your coloration, furniture and accessories. We'll talk about possible additions and improvements you can make before your re-styling date, including home improvements, furniture arrangement, accessories, and more. We will also discuss your budget for this project.

  • Your house re-styling date.

  • The House for Sale styling Service is charged by the hour. STYLING FEES

  • We pack your belongings carefully and efficiently, but we do not handle the actual transportation of your items. Therefore, you will need to hire a professional moving company to manage the relocation process.
